Common use of Authority’s Access to Facilities Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Access to Facilities. The Authority shall have the right, upon appropriate prior notice to the Company, to have reasonable access to the Facilities during normal business hours for the purpose of making examinations and inspections of the same.
