Common use of Authority’s Access to Facilities Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Access to Facilities. The Company shall exercise all of its rights, powers, elections and options under the Plant Agreements to provide to the Authority, upon appropriate prior notice to the Company, reasonable access to the Facilities during normal business hours for the purpose of making examinations and inspections of the same.
