Common use of Authority’s and Trustee’s Right of Access to the Project Clause in Contracts

Authority’s and Trustee’s Right of Access to the Project. The Borrower agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, it will use reasonable efforts to assure that the Authority, the Trustee, and their duly authorized agents shall have the right, but they shall be under no duty or obligation to exercise this right, during regular business hours, with reasonable notice, to enter upon the premises and examine and inspect the Project, subject to such limitations, restrictions and requirements as the Borrower may reasonably prescribe.
