Common use of Authority’s Instructions Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Instructions. The Authority may issue to the Contractor instructions which may be necessary for the Contractor to perform its obligations under the Contract. Each instruction shall be given in writing and shall state the obligations to which relates and the Sub-clause (or other term of the Contract) in which the obligations are specified. If any such instruction constitutes a Variation, Clause 3.5 shall apply.
