Common use of Authority’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Obligations. A. Authority will, with reasonable diligence, prudently develop, improve, and at all times maintain and operate the Airport in a first class manner consistent with airports of similar size with qualified personnel and keep the Airport in an orderly, clean, neat and sanitary condition, and good repair, unless such maintenance, operation, or repair is Company's obligation pursuant to Article 5.02 herein.
