Common use of Authority’s Right to Cure Clause in Contracts

Authority’s Right to Cure. If Lessee is in default under this Lease, the Authority may cure the Default at any time after the cure period has expired, through any action deemed appropriate by the Authority for the account and at the expense of Lessee. Lessee shall reimburse the Authority for any amounts expended by the Authority in connection with the cure. Such cure shall not constitute a waiver of the authority’s rights with respect to that or any other Default, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Authority.
