Authority’s Right to Revise Specifications. The Authority reserves the right at any time during the term of the Agreement to change the amounts and types of insurance required by giving the Contractor ninety (90) calendar days advance written notice of such change. If such change results in substantial additional cost to the Contractor, the Authority and Contractor may renegotiate the Contractor’s compensation.

Authority’s Right to Revise Specifications. The Authority and the City’s Risk Manager reserve the right at any time during the term of the Agreement to change the amounts and types of insurance required by giving the Consultant ninety (90) days advance written notice of such change. If such change results in additional cost to the Consultant, the Authority and Consultant may renegotiate Consultant’s compensation. If the Authority reduces the insurance requirements, the change shall go into effect immediately and require no advanced written notice.
