Authority’s Shopping Service Clause Samples

Authority’s Shopping Service. The Authority shall have the right at any time without limitation to monitor and test the quality and effectiveness of the Contractor's services and procedures through the use of a professional shopping service employed by the Authority. In the event said shopping service reveals that the level of the Contractor's service is below that required by this Contract, the Contractor shall take such corrective action acceptable to the Authority to comply with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
