Authority’s Title Policy. The Title Company (as hereinafter defined) shall have unconditionally committed to issue the Authority Title Policy for the Site to Authority pursuant to Section 2.4.8.
Authority’s Title Policy. The Title Company (as hereinafter defined) shall have unconditionally committed to issue the Authority Title Policy for the Manchester Site or the Orangewood Site, as applicable, to Authority pursuant to Section 205.8.
Authority’s Title Policy. At each applicable AF Closing, each applicable Developer Party shall provide such usual and customary documents and affidavits as the Title Company may reasonably require to issue the applicable AF Title Policy. The premium for the AF Title Policy and all costs relating to title examinations, endorsements, if any, and preparation of a title commitment for the same shall be borne by Authority.
