Common use of Authorization and Consents Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Consents. All necessary corporate action has been taken to authorize, and all necessary consents and authorities have been obtained and remain in full force and effect to permit, each Borrower to enter into and perform its obligations under the Credit Documents to which it is a party and, to borrow, service and repay the Loans and, as of the Effective Date, no further consents or authorities are necessary for the service and repayment of the Loans or any part thereof.

All all necessary corporate action has been taken to authorize, and all necessary consents and authorities authorizations have been obtained and remain in full force and effect to permit, each the Borrower to enter into and perform its obligations under each of this Agreement and the Credit Documents Note and to which it is a party and, permit the Borrower to borrow, service and repay the Loans Advances and, as of the Effective Datedate of this Agreement, no further consents or authorities authorizations are necessary for the service and repayment of the Loans Advances or any part of any thereof.;

All necessary corporate action has been taken to authorize, and all necessary consents and authorities have been obtained and remain in full force and effect to permit, each Borrower of the Borrowers, the Guarantor and Palm Shipping to enter into and perform its obligations under the Credit Transaction Documents to which it is a party and, in the case of the Borrowers, to borrow, service and repay the Loans Loan and, as of the Effective Datedate of this Agreement, no further consents or authorities are necessary for the service and repayment of the Loans Loan or any part of any thereof.
