Common use of Authorization and Consents Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Consents. all necessary corporate action has been taken to authorize, and all necessary consents and authorizations have been obtained and remain in full force and effect to permit, the Borrower to enter into and perform its obligations under each of this Agreement and the Note and to permit the Borrower to borrow, service and repay the Advances and, as of the date of this Agreement, no further consents or authorizations are necessary for the service and repayment of the Advances or any part of any thereof;
