Authorization and Liability. If Purchaser is a legal entity, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller at or prior to Closing a copy of a resolution of Purchaser, duly adopted as required by the laws of the State of Colorado, authorizing the purchase of the Unit, together with all other documents required by Colorado law to enable Purchaser to hold title to the Unit.
