Common use of Authorization and Reservation of Common Shares Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Reservation of Common Shares. The REIT shall at all times take all such action as may be required to authorize and reserve for issuance all of the Redemption Shares and shall take all such action as may be required to issue and deliver the Redemption Shares to the Acquiror at such time or times and in such manner as may be reasonably required in order for the Acquiror to deliver the Redemption Share to the Contributor, its partners and their permitted transferees, as provided in the Acquiror's Second Amended Partnership Agreement.
