Common use of Authorization and Reservation of Shares Clause in Contracts

Authorization and Reservation of Shares. During the term of this Stock Option Agreement, the Company will at all times have authorized and reserved a sufficient number of shares of its Common Stock to provide for the exercise of the rights to purchase Common Stock as provided for herein.

Authorization and Reservation of Shares. During the term of this Stock Option Warrant Agreement, the Company will at all times have authorized and reserved a sufficient number of shares of (i) its Common Preferred Stock to provide for the exercise of the rights to purchase Common Preferred Stock as provided for hereinherein and (ii) its Common Stock to provide for the conversion into shares of Common Stock of all shares of Preferred Stock receivable upon such exercise.
