Authorization; Certain Terms Section 2.01. Authorization. The Notes shall be issued by Freddie Mac in accordance with the authority vested in Freddie Mac by Section 306(a) of the Xxxxxxx Mac Act. The indebtedness represented by the Original Notes shall be unsecured general obligations of Freddie Mac.
