Authorization for Listing Sample Clauses
The Authorization for Listing clause grants a real estate agent or broker the legal right to list a property for sale on behalf of the owner. This clause typically outlines the scope of the agent's authority, such as marketing the property, showing it to potential buyers, and negotiating offers. By clearly defining the agent's role and permissions, the clause ensures that both parties understand the extent of the agent's powers, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating a smooth sales process.
