Common use of Authorization of Debentureholders to Trustee to Effect Subordination Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Debentureholders to Trustee to Effect Subordination. Each holder of Debentures by his acceptance thereof irrevocably authorizes and directs the Trustee in his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the subordination provided in this Article Three and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for such purpose.
