Common use of Authorization of Loan Agreement and Intercept Agreement Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Loan Agreement and Intercept Agreement. The Governmental Unit is a political subdivision of the State and is duly organized and existing under the statutes and laws of the State. Pursuant to the Act, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the Governmental Unit is authorized by the Act to enter into the transactions contemplated by this Loan Agreement and the Intercept Agreement and to carry out its obligations hereunder and thereunder. The Governmental Unit has duly authorized and approved the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement, the Intercept Agreement, and the other documents related to the transaction.
