Common use of Authorization of Loan Agreement and Intercept Agreement Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Loan Agreement and Intercept Agreement. The Finance Authority is a public body politic and corporate constituting a governmental instrumentality, separate and apart from the State, duly organized, existing and in good standing under the laws of the State, has all necessary power and authority to enter into and perform and observe the covenants and agreements on its part contained in this Loan Agreement and the Intercept Agreement and, by proper action, has duly authorized the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement and the Intercept Agreement based upon the Finance Authority’s findings that:
