AUTHORIZATION OF RECEIPT OF FUNDS BY THE COLLATERAL AGENT AND THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE SECURITY DOCUMENTS. The Trustee and the Collateral Agent are authorized to receive any funds for the benefit of the Holders distributed under the Security Documents, and to make further distributions of such funds to the Holders according to the provisions of this Indenture, the Security Documents, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement and any Additional Intercreditor Agreement.
