Authorization of Receipt of Refunds by the Trustee Under the Pledge Agreement. The Trustee is authorized to receive any funds distributed under the Pledge Agreement for the benefit of all Holders, and to make further distributions of such funds to the Holders of Notes according to the provisions of this Indenture.
