Common use of Authorization of Sale of Shares Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Sale of Shares. The Company has authorized the sale and issuance to the Purchaser of shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Stock”), on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The shares of Common Stock sold hereunder at the Closing (as defined below) shall be referred to as the “Shares.”

Authorization of Sale of Shares. The Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company has has, or before the Closing (as defined below) will have, authorized the sale and issuance of up to the Purchaser of 1,000,000 shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share Stock (the “"Common Stock”"), on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The shares of Common Stock sold hereunder at the Closing (as defined below) shall be referred to herein as the “"Shares.”"

Authorization of Sale of Shares. The Company has authorized the sale and issuance to the Purchaser of shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”)) in the amount, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The shares of Common Stock sold hereunder at the Closing (as defined below) shall be referred to as the “Shares.”

The Company has authorized the sale and issuance to the Purchaser of 9,000,000 shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The shares of Common Stock sold hereunder at the Closing (as defined below) shall be referred to herein as the “Shares”.”

Authorization of Sale of Shares. The Company has authorized the sale and issuance to the Purchaser of 3,342,555 shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The shares of Common Stock sold hereunder at the Closing (as defined below) shall be referred to as the “Shares.”

The Company has authorized the sale and issuance to the Purchaser of certain shares of its Common Stock, par value $0.01 0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”), on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. The shares of Common Stock sold hereunder at the Closing (as defined below) shall be referred to herein as the “Shares”.”
