Common use of Authorization of Sale of the Securities Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Sale of the Securities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company has or before the Closing (as defined below) will have authorized the sale and issuance of up to 1,403,508 shares of the Company's Common Stock, $0.001 par value (the "Shares").

Authorization of Sale of the Securities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company has or before the Closing (as defined below) will have authorized the sale and issuance of up to 1,403,508 2,000,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock, $0.001 par value (the "Shares").

Authorization of Sale of the Securities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company has or before the Closing (as defined below) will have authorized the sale and issuance of (i) up to 1,403,508 the Initial Amount (as defined below) of shares of the Company's Common Stock, $0.001 par value $0.01 (the "SharesCommon Stock"), at the Initial Closing and (ii) up to an additional number of shares of its Common Stock equal to the Initial Amount at the Milestone Closing (as defined below). The shares of Common Stock sold to the Purchaser hereunder shall be referred to herein as the "Shares."

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company has or before the Closing (as defined in Section 3 below) will have authorized the sale and issuance of up to 1,403,508 at least Two Million One Hundred Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Three (2,105,263) shares of the Company's ’s Common Stock, $0.001 par value (the "“Shares"”).
