Authorization of Signatories. The individuals signing this Agreement represent that they are authorized to bind the Parties to this Agreement.
Authorization of Signatories. The undersigned are fully competent and authorized to execute this Release Agreement and have signed their names to this Release Agreement of their own free will.
Authorization of Signatories. The individuals executing this Agreement on behalf of the Customer and F5 do each hereby represent and warrant that they respectively have been and are on the Effective Date duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of their respective principals.

Each individual and entity executing this General Contract hereby represents and warrants that he, she or it has the capacity set forth on the signature page hereof with full power and authority to bind the party on whose behalf he, she or it is executing this General Contract to the terms and provisions hereof.
