Authorization of the Administrator and Titling Company Registrar. The Administrator and the Titling Company Registrar are authorized and directed to execute and deliver this Agreement and each certificate or other document attached as an exhibit to or contemplated by this Agreement to which the Company is to be a party, in such form as the Administrator may approve.
