Common use of Authorization to Close Escrow Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Close Escrow. Provided that Escrow Holder shall not have received written notice from Buyer or Seller of the failure of any conditions precedent or of the termination of the Escrow, Buyer and Seller have deposited into the Escrow the items required by this Agreement and the Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy, concurrently with the Close of Escrow, Escrow Holder shall:

Authorization to Close Escrow. Provided that that: (x) Escrow Holder shall not have received written notice from Buyer or Seller Sellers of the failure of any conditions precedent or of the termination of the Escrow, ; (y) Buyer and Seller Sellers have deposited into the Escrow the items required by this Agreement Agreement; and the (z) Title Company can and will issue the Title Policy, Policies concurrently with the Close of Escrow, Escrow Holder shall:
