Authorization to Consummate. On the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtor shall be authorized to consummate the Plan at any time after the entry of this Confirmation Order subject to satisfaction or waiver (by the required parties) of the conditions precedent to Consummation set forth in Article IX of the Plan.
