Authorization to Export. Included in the applicable export exceptions, the Seller or the Seller’s subcontractors/suppliers are authorized to export hardware, software or data to ISS International Partner (IP) governmental offices that meet the conditions of license exception GOV (15 CFR 740.11(b)(2)(iii)(A)). When directed in writing by the Contracting Officer or designated representative, the Seller or the Seller’s subcontractors/suppliers shall export on behalf of NASA, NASA specifically identified technical data, computer software, hardware, or defense services to a named foreign entity or person, in the manner and under the conditions provided for in the direction.
