Common use of Authorization to File Financing Statements Clause in Contracts

Authorization to File Financing Statements. Each Borrower hereby authorizes Agent to file at any time financing statements, continuation statements and amendments thereto with all appropriate jurisdictions to perfect or protect Agent’s interest or rights hereunder. Such financing statements may describe the Collateral as all assets of such Borrower.
