Authorization to Release and Transfer Necessary Personal Information. The Participant hereby authorizes the Corporation and the Corporation’s representatives to discuss with and obtain all relevant information from all personnel, professional or not, involved in the administration and operation of the Plan. The Participant further authorizes the Corporation, any Affiliate and the plan administrators to disclose and discuss the Plan with their advisors. The Participant further authorizes the Corporation and any Affiliate to record such information and to keep such information in the Participant’s employee file.
