The following provision supplements paragraph D “Data Privacy” of Appendix A: The Participant hereby authorizes the Company and the Company’s representatives to discuss with and obtain all relevant information from all personnel, professional or not, involved in the administration and operation of the Plan. The Participant further authorizes the Company, any Subsidiary and the administrator of the Plan to disclose and discuss the Plan with their advisors. The Participant further authorizes the Company and any Subsidiary to record such information and to keep such information in the Participant’s Employee file.
