The Administrative Agent is hereby irrevocably authorized by each of the Lenders to release any Lien covering any Property of the Packard or any of its Subsidiaries that is the subject of a Disposition which is permitted by this Agreement or which has been consented to in accordance with Section 13.1.

Authorization to Release Liens.
