Common use of Authorization to Trustee; Effect of Supplement Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Trustee; Effect of Supplement. The Trustee is authorized to join with the Corporation in the execution and delivery of any Supplemental Agreement in accordance with this Article VIII and to make the further agreements and stipulations which may be contained therein with the following effect: (a) That Supplemental Agreement shall form a part of this Trust Agreement; (b) All terms and conditions contained in that Supplemental Agreement as to any provision authorized to be contained therein shall be deemed to be a part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement for any and all purposes; (c) This Trust Agreement shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance with the Supplemental Agreement; and (d) The respective rights, duties and obligations under this Trust Agreement of the Corporation, the Trustee and all Holders of Outstanding Bonds shall be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder in a manner which is subject in all respects to those modifications and amendments made by the Supplemental Agreement. Express reference to any executed and delivered Supplemental Agreement may be made in the text of any Bonds executed and delivered thereafter, if that reference is deemed necessary or desirable by the Trustee or the Corporation. The Trustee shall not be required to execute a Supplemental Agreement containing provisions adverse to the Trustee.

Express reference to any executed and delivered Supplemental Agreement may be made in the text of any Bonds Obligations executed and delivered thereafter, if that reference is deemed necessary or desirable by the Trustee or the Corporation. The Trustee shall not be required to execute a Supplemental Agreement containing provisions adverse to the Trustee.

Thereafter, (a) That that Supplemental Agreement Indenture shall form a part of this Trust AgreementIndenture; (b) All all terms and conditions contained in that Supplemental Agreement Indenture as to any provision authorized to be contained therein shall be deemed to be a part of the terms and conditions of this Trust Agreement Indenture for any and all purposes; (c) This Trust Agreement this Indenture shall be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance with the Supplemental AgreementIndenture; and (d) The the respective rights, duties and obligations under this Trust Agreement Indenture of the CorporationIssuer, the Trustee Trustee, the Registrar, the Paying Agents, and all Holders of Outstanding Senior Bonds then outstanding shall be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder in a manner which is subject in all respects to those modifications and amendments made by the Supplemental AgreementIndenture. Express reference to any executed and delivered Supplemental Agreement Indenture may be made in the text of any Senior Bonds executed and delivered issued thereafter, if that reference is deemed necessary or desirable by the Trustee or the Corporation. The Trustee shall not be required to execute a Supplemental Agreement containing provisions adverse to the Trustee.the

Express reference to any executed and delivered Supplemental Agreement Indenture may be made in the text of any Bonds executed and delivered issued thereafter, if that reference is deemed necessary or desirable by the Trustee or the CorporationIssuer. A copy of any Supplemental Indenture for which provision is made in this Article VII, except a Supplemental Indenture described in Section 7.02 (g) hereof, shall be mailed to the Holders by the Trustee. The Trustee shall not be required to execute a Supplemental Agreement any supplemental indenture containing provisions adverse to the Trustee.

Express reference to any executed and delivered Supplemental Agreement may be made in the text of any Bonds executed and delivered thereafter, if that reference is deemed necessary or desirable by the Trustee or the CorporationIndenture.
