Common use of Authorizations and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Authorizations and Approvals. Borrower shall promptly obtain, from time to time at its own expense, all such governmental licenses, authorizations, consents, permits and approvals which may be required or necessary in the Borrower's business or with respect to its assets and properties if the failure to obtain the same could have a Material Adverse Effect.
