Authorizations and Material Agreements. Borrower shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, obtain and comply in all material respects with all FCC Licenses relating to any System. Borrower shall, and shall cause the Subsidiaries to, obtain and comply in all material respects with all Authorizations relating to the Systems, except to the extent failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to cause or result in a Material Adverse Change. Borrower shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, maintain and comply in all material respects with all agreements necessary or appropriate for any of them to own, maintain, or operate any of their businesses or Properties, except to the extent failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to cause or result in a Material Adverse Change.
