Authorized Agents; Indemnity. In addition to its own responsibility for compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Customer will ensure that Authorized Agents comply with the terms of this Agreement. Customer hereby agrees to indemnify SISW from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, costs and/or expenses incurred by SISW and/or its affiliates as a result of any violation of the terms of this Agreement by any Authorized Agent.
