Common use of Authorized and Issued Capital Clause in Contracts

Authorized and Issued Capital. The authorized capital of the Corporation consists of an unlimited number of Common Shares, an unlimited number of Class A Special Shares and an unlimited number of Class B Special Shares of which 12,858 Common Shares (and no more) and 1,197 Class A Special Shares have been duly issued and are outstanding as fully paid non-assessable.

Authorized and Issued Capital. The authorized capital of the Corporation consists of an unlimited number of Class A Special Shares, Class B Special Shares, Class C Special Shares and Common Shares, an unlimited number of Class A Special Shares and an unlimited number of Class B Special Shares of which 12,858 10,000 Common Shares (and no more) and 1,197 Class A Special Shares have been duly issued and are outstanding as fully paid and non-assessable.;

Authorized and Issued Capital. The authorized capital of the Corporation consists of an unlimited number of Common Shares, an unlimited number of Class A Special Shares and an unlimited number of Class B Special Shares common shares of which 12,858 Common Shares 20 common shares and 100 preferred shares (and no more) and 1,197 Class A Special Shares have been duly issued and are outstanding as fully paid and non-assessable. All of the Purchased Shares have been issued in compliance with all applicable Laws including, without limitation, applicable securities Laws.

Authorized and Issued Capital. The authorized capital of the Corporation consists of an unlimited number of Class A Common Shares, an unlimited number of Class A Special Shares and an unlimited number of Class B Special Common Shares of which 12,858 Common Shares (and no more) and 1,197 only 100 Class A Special Shares and 100 Class B Shares have been duly issued and are outstanding as fully paid non-assessableand nonassessable. The Purchased Shares represent all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Corporation.

Authorized and Issued Capital. The the authorized capital of the Corporation consists of an unlimited number of Common Shares, an unlimited number of Class A Special Shares and an unlimited number of Class B Special Non-Voting Shares of which 12,858 366,294 Common Shares (and no more) and 1,197 Class A Special 129,013 Non-Voting Shares have been duly issued and are outstanding as validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable.;
