Common use of Authorized Borrower Representative and Successors Clause in Contracts

Authorized Borrower Representative and Successors. The Borrower shall designate a person to act on behalf of the Borrower under this Agreement (the “Authorized Borrower Representative”) by written certificate furnished to the Lender, containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Borrower by its chief executive officer. Such certificate or any subsequent or supplemental certificate so executed may designate an alternate or alternates. In the event that any person so designated and his alternate or alternates, if any, should become unavailable or unable to take any action or make any certificate provided for or required in this Agreement, a successor shall be appointed in the same manner.
