AUTHORIZED BORROWER REPRESENTATIVE. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Borrower is required or the City or the Trustee is required to take some action at the request of the Borrower, such approval or such request shall be given on behalf of the Borrower by an Authorized Borrower Representative, and the City and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or request and neither party hereto shall have any complaint against the other or against the Trustee as a result of any such action taken.
