AUTHORIZED BORROWER REPRESENTATIVE. Whenever under the provisions of this Loan Agreement the approval of the Borrower is required or the Borrower is required to take some action at the request of the Authority, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by the Authorized Borrower Representative; and the Authority and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action.
