Common use of Authorized Claimant Clause in Contracts

Authorized Claimant. “Authorized Claimant” means Named Plaintiffs, a Class Member or the authorized legal representative of such member, who timely files a Claim Form in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and who is therefore entitled to receive a Settlement Check. Named Plaintiffs are deemed Authorized Claimants upon execution of this Agreement and need not return a Claim Form.

Authorized Claimant. As used herein, the term “Authorized Claimant” means Named Plaintiffs, a any Class Member or the authorized legal representative of such member, who timely files submits a complete and sufficient Claim Form in accordance with according to the terms of this Agreement, and who is therefore entitled to receive a Settlement Check. Named Plaintiffs are deemed Authorized Claimants upon execution of this Agreement and need does not return a Claim Formvalidly request exclusion from the Class.

Authorized Claimant. “Authorized Claimant” means Named Plaintiffs, a the Plaintiff and any Class Member or the authorized legal representative of such member, who timely files submits a Claim Form in accordance with the terms Form. The Plaintiff shall be an Authorized Claimant regardless of this Agreement, and who is therefore entitled to receive a Settlement Check. Named Plaintiffs are deemed Authorized Claimants upon execution of this Agreement and need not return whether she timely submits a Claim Form.

Authorized Claimant. “Authorized Claimant” means Named PlaintiffsPlaintiff, a Class Member Member, or the authorized legal representative of such membera Class Member, who timely files a Claim Form (and does not file an Opt-Out Statement) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and who is therefore entitled to receive a Settlement Check. Named Plaintiffs Claimants who previously accepted an Offer of Judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 68, and were compensated, are deemed excluded from the definition of “Class” “Class Members” and “Authorized Claimants upon execution of this Agreement and need not return a Claim FormClaimants.”

Authorized Claimant. “Authorized Claimant” means Named Plaintiffs, a Class Member or the authorized legal representative of such member, an individual who timely files a timely Claim Form in accordance with the terms of this Agreementannexed hereto as Exhibit “B”, and who is therefore entitled pursuant to receive a Settlement Checkprocedures set forth in this Agreement and does not Opt-Out. Named Plaintiffs are deemed Authorized Claimants upon the execution of this Agreement and need not return a Claim Form.
