Authorized Communications, Amendments. Waivers 1. only the Solicitation Contact is authorized by CANOE to amend or waive the requirements of the Solicitation pursuant to the provisions of this Solicitation; and 2. under no circumstances shall a Proponent rely upon any information or instruction from any commissioner, officer, employee, agent of CANOE or RMA unless the information or instruction is provided in writing by the Solicitation Contact.
