Common use of Authorized Company and Issuer Representatives and Successors Clause in Contracts

Authorized Company and Issuer Representatives and Successors. See the definitions in Section 1.1 hereof, of the terms “Authorized Company Representative” and “Authorized Issuer Representative” relating to the designation thereof. In the event that any person so designated should become unavailable or unable to take any action or make any certificate provided for or required in this Lease, a successor or additional Authorized Company Representative or Authorized Issuer Representative shall be appointed.
