Common use of Authorized Contract Clause in Contracts

Authorized Contract. the contract between the State of New York and Black Box Corp. of Pennsylvania. The Authorized Contract consists of the following documents: A. Appendix A (January 2014), Standard Clauses for NYS Contracts (previously provided); B. Contract Award Letter; C. Revisions and Clarifications to Bid Specifications dated August 11, 2015, September 10, 2015, September 21, 2015, and September 29, 2015 (previously provided); D. Where New York laws and regulations are cited, references shall be replaced with the correlated Florida state laws and regulations where the intent of the Parties will be maintained.
