Authorized Issuer and Borrower Representatives. Whenever under the provisions of this Agreement the approval of the Issuer or the Borrower is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the Issuer by the Authorized Issuer Representative and for the Borrower by the Authorized Borrower Representative, and the other party hereto and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or request and neither party hereto shall have any complaint against the other or against the Trustee as a result of any such action taken.
