Authorized Issuer Representative Sample Clauses
The 'Authorized Issuer Representative' clause defines who is officially designated to act on behalf of the issuer in matters related to the agreement. This clause typically specifies the individual or position authorized to make decisions, give approvals, or communicate instructions under the contract. For example, it may state that only the issuer’s Chief Financial Officer or another named officer can sign documents or provide binding directions. Authorized Issuer Representative. Note transactions with the Issuer referred to in Section 4 hereof, shall be with any one of the officers or employees of the Issuer who are designated as an Authorized Issuer Representative by certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Issuer. The initial written designation of the Authorized Issuer Representatives is appended hereto as Exhibit A. The Issuer agrees to provide the Dealer with revised written designations in the form of Exhibit A when and as required by changes in the Authorized Issuer Representatives. The Dealer may rely upon such designation unless and until otherwise notified in writing by the Issuer.
Authorized Issuer Representative. Unless otherwise specified herein, whenever under the provisions hereof the approval of the Issuer is required or the Issuer is required to take some action at the request of the Lessee, such approval may be made or such action may be taken by the Authorized Issuer Representative; and the Lessee or the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action and the Issuer shall have no complaint against the Lessee or the Trustee as a result of any such action taken.

Whenever under the provisions of this Loan Agreement the approval of the Issuer is required or the Issuer is required to take some action at the request of the Corporation, such approval shall be made or such action shall be taken by an Authorized Issuer Representative; and the Corporation and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or action.
