Authorized Licensees Clause Samples
Authorized Licensees. The rights granted to You are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that You cannot transfer or sublicense them to anyone else. There are two exceptions:
Authorized Licensees. Compaq Customer Service employees in the Compaq Customer Services organization and employees of Compaq Authorized Service Partners, world-wide, are authorized recipients of licenses under this Exhibit to the Agreement. Other Compaq organizations can purchase this consultant tool upon approval of Altiris.
Authorized Licensees. Customer’s use of Automated Submissions shall be limited to credit submissions on behalf of an Authorized Licensees (as such term is defined in Exhibit C to the Master Agreement) who have explicitly opted into Automated Submissions following receipt of disclosure provided in Section 15(f) below.
