Authorized Officers and Signatures. The manual, facsimile or electronic signature of any individual appearing on any document designated as the signature of an authorized officer of the Issuer, Guarantor or Trustee (or any successor to any of them) will constitute conclusive evidence that such individual is, in fact, authorized to execute such document, notwithstanding that such authorization may have lapsed prior to or subsequent to the effective date of the document or its delivery.
