On or prior to the Closing Date, the Depositor will provide notice to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee specifying (i) each Person who will be authorized to provide instructions and directions to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Depositor, and (ii) each Person who is a Responsible Person with respect to the Depositor, which Persons may be changed from time to time by notice to the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee.
