Authorized Providers Sample Clauses
The "Authorized Providers" clause defines which individuals or entities are permitted to deliver certain goods or services under the agreement. Typically, it specifies that only those providers who have been approved or designated by one or both parties may perform specific tasks, such as maintenance, support, or supply of materials. This ensures that all services or products meet agreed-upon standards and helps prevent unauthorized or unqualified parties from being involved, thereby maintaining quality control and reducing potential risks.
Authorized Providers. Authorized providers may include, but are not limited to, Veterans Service Organizations, members of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, and other appropriate individuals and organizations which support the rendering of MFH.
