Authorized Stock; Stock Split. The Company will effect the Reverse Stock Split within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date. The Company will give notice thereof to FINRA under Commission Rule 10b-17 and FINRA Rule 6490 and provide FINRA all necessary documents and information within fifteen (15) days after the Closing Date.
